ERP-Scale V3.0.5

The new version of ERP-Scale contains these new features:

1. Support for Scales with USB HID POS interfaces including:
   1. Mettler Toledo PS60
   2. Fairbanks Ultegra
2. Bug fix in XML handling of request texts
   If the weight request text contained greater-than (>) or less-than (<) signs, it was not stored correctly on the SapScaleServer, this has now been resolved.
3. Option to configure ERP-Scale to return and ABAP error to SAP if no valid data is received from the device.
